The Drafting Clinic is a firm believer in promoting recycling of all the products we sell.  Our preferred method of recycling is reusing and reselling used equipment; as such, we offer competitive trade-in values for most large format equipment and re-introduce it into the market place.  When this is not possible or viable we offer to dispose of the equipment through our electronics recycling partner, Sims Recycling Solutions in Brampton, Ontario.

The Drafting Clinic, along with its’ national dealer network, is committed to the recycling of all packaging materials. All packaging materials will be picked up and returned to recycling facilities for appropriate disposition.

Requests for pick-up of used ink and toner containers can be arranged through our website or via e-mail at recycle@dccltd.ca or via telephone at 1-800-567-3222. Once we receive a request from an end user customer we will make arrangements to have the used consumables containers picked up either by one of our sales/service associates or we will make arrangements to have these delivered to our location.  Used consumables will then be shipped to Sims Recycling Solutions plant for recycling.  We also accept the return of used roll paper cores, that will be returned to paper converting companies for re-use.  This program can be accessed as per the above.

Canon Canada is also a proponent of environmental protection and adheres to stringent recycling guidelines.  The Drafting Clinic partners with Canon to ensure that used containers are recycled and disposed of accordingly.
